2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • the return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • the item must be unused and returned in its original condition

  • all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included documents must be returned

  • the item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3) Non-Returnable Items

5) Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

For international returns outside the European Union, customs duties or import fees related to the return shipment remain the customer’s responsibility.

6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:
